    I love meeting people. I am ready to make an impact on the lifestyles of my fellow New Yorkers by building connection, excitement and providing space to destress over a fantastic meal and activity.

    I'm from Denver living in NYC- a "concrete cowgirl". I’m not a big fan of country music, but I enjoy mountain charm as much as I love NYC’s chaos <3. A passion for aesthetics and compelling brand stories, 6 months ago I pivoted from account management at a large marketing firm to taking on various creative branding and digital design opportunities.

    Favorite way to destress?

    In the city, rolling out my mat for some pilates/yoga. In the mountains, going for a walk and breathing in the freshness.

    I could live off Acai and Neapolitan pizza.

    Why are you excited about mays?

    Mays is a unique concept that wraps all my favorite things into one: great conversation, delicious food, a balanced lifestyle, and quality time with great people. To be a part of it inspires great changes in my own lifestyle, and I get to expand in my creativity.

    an hour long walk and hot yoga class

    banana and almond butter, crusty sourdough with butter, tomato and sardines. hearty veggie-full fried rice, a turkey deli wrap with vinegar and mayo, and a fully loaded grain bowl with farro, farmers cheese, and salmon. Ice Cream forever.

    Why are you excited about mays?

    mays is made by and for the most intentional beings. People who take the time to appreciate their food, their environments, and their bodies are people who are trying to live their lives to the fullest and are open to taking in new experiences and perspectives. At mays, hosts and patrons, we are all on the journey of life together, one gathering at a time.

Through my personal journey and professional expertise, I want to promote wellbeing, transformation, and harmony.

    Favorite way to destress?

    Breathwork, going to Sardegna in the summer every year and being in nature listening to the sound of the sea and the wind, connecting with my family and the people in the camping there, drinking local wine, eating healthy food, cooking together, playing cards, swimming, laughing, resting, reading, writing, and living at a slower pace where being aware of my body and breath becomes so much easier and natural.

    All Italian food really. And sushi.

    Why are you excited to collaborate with mays?

    I am in love with your project and I think NYC needs an oasis where people can truly connect with each other, where everything is curated to the detail, where there is good frequency, good music, good food, and all these simple but fundamental practices of life that help us being present in the moment. I love the idea of breathwork being part of it, as when body, mind, and heart are all nourished in an integrated way, then magic can happen.

    I am a private chef who moonlights as a bartender. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, but I have called Brooklyn home for the last 11 years and specifically Bedstuy with my beautiful wife for the last 7.

    Favorite way to destress?

    a great playlist, dancing in the living room, while something slow cooks in the kitchen.

    Favorite food?

    I love dumplings. (I know that's not technically a "food" but it is food. lol) every ethnicity and nationality has a form of a dumpling and they are so much fun to play with and explore.

    But if I had to pick a protein, I would say chicken. specifically thighs and wings. Again fun to play with, stay juicy and moist, and there are so many directions you can go with them.

    Why are you excited to collaborate with mays?

    I am excited to collaborate with Mays because I like the idea of bringing all of these elements to the dinner table to curate an amazing experience. The idea of healthy yet fun food, laughter and music, community and togetherness, are all things I believe bring us joy and tap into our higher selves. I want to be apart of anything that continues the belief that we should feel good in our bodies through nourishment and movement. Life is meant to be fun and with all the stress that NYC brings, we all deserve a little escape.

    I mean besides working with rockstar hospitality Virgo Britt & team?? Meditation and inner work practices are typically seen as something we do solo — but the true power happens when we can tap into the beauty connection & community brings to our lives. I love collaborating with mays because we share a similar vision of bringing a unique, modern approach to the way people experience wellbeing in their lives.
